Design Solutions

Turnkey Design Solutions is a comprehensive service package that optimizes the PNC™ (Provider Network Controller) solution within the specific parameters of your network infrastructure. This service package consists of three (3) components: Pre-configuration / Design, Installation and Training.

Pre-Configuration / Design:

Our highly skilled network architects work with your OSS and operations teams to map current deployment and projected growth plans. Customization to the PNC’s northbound interface is also included to ensure seamless integration.

Installation:

Onsite, our Professional Services staff installs the system into your network and OSS, performing any necessary adjustments to guarantee the PNC is fully operational to your deployment specifications.

Training:

OSS team and network operations staff are given instruction on how to effectively and optimally maintain the system for day-to-day operations.
